Two catechin epimers and their non‐covalent complexes with γ‐cyclodextrin were studied by using ion mobility coupled with mass spectrometry (IM‐MS). Rapid separation of complexes was achieved with the peak‐to‐peak resolution reaching 0.86 after optimization of IM condition. Collision cross section (CCS) was measured to explore the structural difference of complexes. A gap of 11.75 Å2 between two complexes was found. Molecular modeling and theoretical CCS calculation were adopted to explain the measurement results. Two binding ways of both complexes were found and the calculated CCS corresponds accurately to the measured CCS. Quantification of catechins in mixtures was performed and the relative error was less than 15%, indicating the effectiveness of quantification by IM‐MS. 相似文献
High-throughput metabolic analysis is of significance in diagnostics, while tedious sample pretreatment has largely hindered its clinic application. Herein, we designed FeOOH@ZIF-8 composites with enhanced ionization efficiency and size-exclusion effect for laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS)-based metabolic diagnosis of gynecological cancers. The FeOOH@ZIF-8-assisted LDI-MS achieved rapid, sensitive, and selective metabolic fingerprints of the native serum without any enrichment or purification. Further analysis of extracted serum metabolic fingerprints successfully discriminated patients with gynecological cancers (GCs) from healthy controls and also differentiated three major subtypes of GCs. Given the low cost, high-throughput, and easy operation, our approach brings a new dimension to disease analysis and classification. 相似文献
New pyridinium-functionalized metalloporphyrins MEtPpBr4 (M = Zn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+; EtPp = 5, 10, 15, 20-tetra(4-(3-(N-ethyl-4-pyridyl)pyrazolyl)phenyl)porphyrin) were synthesized as bifunctional catalysts for the cycloaddition reactions of epoxides and CO2. The effects of catalyst loading, CO2 pressure, reaction temperature and time on catalytic activity were investigated. ZnEtPpBr4 ( 1 ) and CoEtPpBr4 ( 2 ) exhibited efficient activities in the cycloaddition reactions of various epoxides with CO2 as at 120 °C under 2 MPa of CO2 pressure without solvent. Most of corresponding cyclic carbonates could be obtained in almost quantitative yields and > 99.9% selectivity with molar ratio of epoxide/catalyst 2222 after 8 hr of reaction. 相似文献
Efficient exfoliation and downsizing of Sb2S3 and Bi2S3 layered compounds by using scalable bipolar electrochemistry on their suspensions in aqueous media are here demonstrated. The resulting samples were characterized in detail by transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy; their electrochemistry toward hydrogen evolution was also investigated. Hydrogen evolution ability of exfoliated Sb2S3 and Bi2S3 was investigated and compared to the bulk counterparts. 相似文献
In this work, the catalytic activity of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), carbon black (CB), and CNT-CB counter electrodes in the I−/I3− reduction reaction is reported and compared with the Pt counter electrode. The fabricated counter electrodes were evaluated in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The results indicate that the best cathodes were made from CNT10 (240 μm) and CB with a charge transfer resistance (RCT) of 2.70 Ω, and when the complete device shows 19.83 Ω of internal series resistance (RS), the photovoltaic parameters of these cells were JSC = 10.47 mA cm−2; VOC = 0.70 V; and FF = 57.90, with an efficiency of 4.29%, indicating a better interaction between the CNT10 in the 3D network of the counter electrode, generating a good charge transfer kinetics, in comparison with only CNT10 or CB.
